Annie Finn's gun workshop is a warehouse which manufactures firearms in New York City in 2003.
That year, one rainy night, Max Payne takes a call to investigate shots fired at the location. Unable to save Annie Finn's life, Payne is forced to engage a number of Cleaners in order to escape. The workshop is also where he first meets Mona Sax after she was shot and presumed dead two years earlier.
