Broussard is a New York City Police Department officer in 2003. Max Payne sees him talking to his colleague Miller in the underground parking lot of the police station before the place is attacked by the Cleaners.

The Max Payne 2 character Boussard is named after the 3D Realms producer George Broussard who worked with Remedy on both first two video games in the series. Officer Boussard's colleague Miller is named after the other 3D Realms producer Scott Miller.
