Jake is a low-level soldier in the Punchinello crime family. He is friends with a fellow mobster Mickey, and, together, they participate in the mission to clear the Roscoe Street Station in the 2001 Roscoe Bank heist. Jake and Mickey kill a transit cop but are gunned down by Max Payne moments later.

Simply dive out from behind the wall and shoot him with the Desert Eagle you pick up from the two guards beforehand. Then take care of his accomplice Mickey.
