Jack Lupino owns an unnamed hotel, run by the Finito Brothers. Valkyr deals are done here and it appears to serve as a brothel as well.

EventsEdit

Max Payne works here while he is an undercover DEA agent until after the 2001 events at the Roscoe Street Station when the Finito brothers discover he is a cop and ambush him. Payne then shoots his way out, foiling a drug deal, and killing Rico Muerte and Candy Dawn in the process.

Later, a drugged Max Payne is found in Ragna Rock and taken back to the hotel basement where Frankie "The Bat" Niagara ties him up and pounds with a baseball bat. Payne escapes and kills many gangsters, including Niagara, in his way.
