Miller is a New York City Police Department officer in 2003. He is seen conversing with his colleague Broussard in the underground parking lot of the police station by Max Payne before the place is assaulted by the Squeaky Cleaning Company hit squad.

Behind the scenesEdit

The Max Payne 2 character Miller is named after the 3D Realms producer Scott Miller who was involved with aiding Remedy Entertainment create the first two video games in the series. The fellow officer Boussard's name honors another 3D Realms producer George Broussard.
