This small, and apparently cheap apartment, is the home of Max in São Paulo. The game begins with a cutscene showing Max entering the apartment with his luggage. It is also shown in various other cutscenes between the ensuing missions.
- Max Payne 3
- This apartment is similar to the cheap one Max had in Max Payne 1 and 2, suggesting that Max Payne, however cool he is, is not so rich.
- During the cutscenes, one can see a high-rise scraper of São Paulo.
- In the cutscene before the mission A Hangover Sent Direct from Mother Nature, Max is seen drinking whiskey of the brand "Kong", popularised by many billboards. Max apparently had cartons of the whiskey, as seen in the cutscene.
- It's the only apartment of Max that is not attacked by any gangs or hitmen.
