Sneaky is a Max Payne 3 multiplayer burst. Its main function is to deceive the opposing team.

To make best use of this Burst, like Grounded, try to activate it when you are hidden from your opponent's view so that they don't see the change occur. Also helpful when coming into an area where the opponents are clumped together and may not readily see your presence.

An opponent's Sneaky can be rendered ineffective if the player has the ID Cards item equipped, preventing their team from confusing team affiliation.
