Take-Two Interactive (also known as Take-Two, Take2, or T2) is a major worldwide video game developer and publisher which owns two well-known labels: Rockstar Games and 2K Games. The company is the current owner of the Max Payne franchise after its purchase from Remedy Entertainment in 2002 for $48m.[1]
