Max finds himself in the basement of the hotel where he shoots through more mobsters and finds a dead body tied to a chair with a baseball bat and a Captain Baseball Bat Boy comic strip nearby.

Eventually he finds Rico Muerte at the bar with Candy Dawn, and they start a gunfight so Max kills them. After shooting the remaining mafia, he escapes the hotel, looking for Jack Lupino.

PS2/XboxEdit

On the PS2/Xbox version, this level is divided up into three parts: Caught in the Crossfire, Rico Muerte Big Time Hustler and The Blood Veins of New York.
