Rockstar, in a press release today, announced that Max Payne 3 is expected to be launched on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 15, 2012 in North America and May 18, 2012 internationally.

The game is expected to be released for PC on May 29, 2012 in North America and June 1, 2012 internationally.
